Road Closed and Added to the Adjoining Land Held for a
Secondary School in Block XV, Ohinemuri Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the road described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby
closed and added to the land, now held for a secondary
school, described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road containing 1 acre and 16·7 perches,
situated in Block XV, Ohinemuri Survey District, Auckland
R.D., and adjoining or passing through Section 13A, Block
XV, Ohinemuri Survey District; as the same is more particu-
larly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158582 (S.O.
39580) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
SECOND SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 26 acres and 37 perches,
situated in Block XV, Ohinemuri Survey District, being part
Section 13A, and being the land lastly described in Proclama-
tion S. 108056 after deducting therefrom the land containing
23 acres 3 roods 3 perches first described in notice S. 158558,
Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 16th day of June 1959.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the road described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is
hereby closed and that the road described in the First
Schedule is added to the land now held for State housing
purposes described in the Third Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road containing 31·6 perches, situated in
Block V, Hukerenui Survey District, Auckland R.D., and
adjoining Section 14A; as the same is more particularly de-
lineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158494 (S.O. 40781)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured green.
SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of road situated in Block V, Hukerenui Sur-
vey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

0 2 9·1 Section 14A.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 158494 (S.O. 40781) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured

Land Held for State Housing Purposes
ALL that piece of land containing 4·2 perches, situated in
Block V, Hukerenui Survey District, Auckland R.D., and
being part Section 14A; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158494 (S.O. 40781)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured yellow.

are hereby closed and added to the land now held for better
utilisation described in the Second Schedule hereto.

ALL those pieces of street situated in the City of Wellington,
Wellington R.D., described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan

SECOND SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 10·83 perches,
situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being
part Section 7, Evans Bay District, part being part Lot 1,
D.P. 5999, being also part Section 7, Evans Bay District,
being part Proclamation No. 4892, Wellington Land Registry;
as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 141223 (S.O. 22798) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
sephia.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line
of the Dunedin-Mosgiel Motorway
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 12th day of June
1957 and published in Gazette, 20 June 1957, Volume II, page
1185, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Dunedin
as No. 7191, defining the middle line of the Dunedin-Mosgiel
Motorway, in so far as it affects the land described in the
Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 33·14 perches, situated in
the Green Island West Survey District, being Lot 42, D.P.
7142, and being part Sections 15 and 16. All certificate of title,
Volume 353, folio 184, Otago Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 21st day of Novem-
ber 1956 and published in Gazette, 29 November 1956,
Volume III, page 1687, taking land for State housing pur-
poses in Block IV, Horohoro Survey District, in so far as it
affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
