A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of June 1959.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre and 8·6 perches, situated in Block XV, Whangaehu Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Block IXA, Rangitikei District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159088 (S.O. 24358) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
