Equipment, etc., for use in the distribution and control of electricity—
Transformer and penetrol oils which are admissible under Tariff item 394 (13) of the Customs
Tariff on declaration that they will be used only in switchgear or transformers. (Effective from
1 March 1959.)

PREPARATIONS, NOT BEING PAINTS, ETC.—
Compounded rust-resisting oil for the treatment of metal
The following is to be added to paragraph 5, Sales Tax Decision No. 1—
Persons whose manufacturing operations consist, etc.—
(i) The building and fitting of bodies to commercial trucks and delivery vans excluding persons
engaged in the assembly of motor vehicles.
(j) The fitting of hoists to motor vehicle chassis.
(k) The manufacture of trailers for motor vehicles

Mining Privileges to be Struck off the Register

PURSUANT to section 188 (3) of the Mining Act 1926, I hereby give notice that, unless sufficient reason is shown to the contrary, the mining privileges mentioned in the Schedule hereto will be struck off the Register at the expiration of one month from the date hereof.
