Land Taken for a Public School in the City of Wellington

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of June 1959.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 10·1 perches, situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being part Section 7, Kaiwharawhara District, and part closed street; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 159040 (S.O. 24360) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of May 1959.
