to be a member of the Assessment Court for the County Town of Mangere East, and also to appoint

Donald Edward Stacey, land and estate agent, of Auckland,

on the recommendation of the Manukau County Council, to be a member of the said Assessment Court.

Declaration That the Britannia Heights Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Vesting in the Nelson City Council

——

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the Britannia Heights Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act, and further, pursuant to the said Act, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Nelson, in trust, for recreation purposes.
