Crown Land and Portion of Public Reserve Set Apart for Road in Blocks XVII and XVIII, Hundalee Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road, and that the portion of public reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of June 1959.
FIRST SCHEDULE
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 31·3 perches, situated in Block XVII, Hundalee Survey District, Marlborough R.D., being part Section 97; coloured sepia on plan.
SECOND SCHEDULE
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of public reserve containing 7 perches, situated in Block XVIII, Hundalee Survey District, Marlborough R.D., being part Section 14; coloured orange on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158688 (S.O. 4372) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of May 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the First Schedule hereto and the land now held for a quarry, described in the Second Schedule hereto, are hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of June 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a postmaster’s residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of June 1959.

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 32 perches, situated in Block VII, Te Atiamuri Survey District, being Lot 10, D.P. S. 4644, being part of the Tatua West Block.
