Declaration That Land is a Public Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was
passed by the Hauraki Plains County Council on the 12th
day of November 1958:
"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section
13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Hauraki Plains
County Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by
the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the said county
in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be,
and the same is hereby declared to be a public reserve for
recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act."

of Lands hereby declares the reserve for recreation described

provisions of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the
Wellsford Memorial Park Domain to be administered as a
public domain by the Domain Board.
