Declaring Land to be Crown Land
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the lands described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land described as follows:

234 2 15 Puketapu 3B 6B 1 Block, situated in Block I, Maungaku Survey District, and being part of the land in certificate of title, Volume 382, folio 199.
29 3 5Β·4 Puketapu 3B 7A Block, situated in Block I, Maungaku Survey District, part certificate of title, Volume 382, folio 199, subject to a right of way appurtenant to part Puketapu 3B 7B Block, and shown coloured yellow on M.L. Plan 17160.
304 2 12 Puketapu 3B 8A Block, situated in Block I, Maungaku Survey District, and being all the land in certificate of title, Volume 1273, folio 42, subject to rights of way appurtenant to parts Puketapu 3B 8B Block, being residue of land in C.T. 1224/8, created by transfer 113472 (M.L. Plan 17174).

Crown Land Set Apart, Subject to a Building-line Restriction, for Buildings of the General Government in Block X, Otahuhu Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart, subject to the building-line restriction contained in K. 54236, Auckland Land Registry, for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of May 1959.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 32 perches, situated in Block X, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 54, D.P. 43646. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 1355, folio 50, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 24th day of April 1959.
