Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as reserves for recreation purposes over the lands described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said lands may be disposed of by the Mount Wellington Borough Council in such manner, at such price, and on such terms and conditions as the Council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other recreation reserves under the control of the Council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for recreation purposes.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Wellington Acclimatisation Society and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Trustees on behalf of the Wellington Acclimatisation Society and revokes the reservation for acclimatisation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Greymouth Harbour Board and Vesting in the Westland Catchment Board

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Greymouth Harbour Board of the reserve for quarry purposes described in the Schedule hereto, and further, vests the said reserve in the Westland Catchment Board, in trust, for that purpose, subject to the following special condition:

That stone be made available to other local bodies, subject to them making such arrangements as are necessary with the controlling authority.
