Land in North Auckland Land District Forfeited
PURSUANT to section 146 of the Land Act 1948, notice is hereby given that the Land Settlement Board, with the approval of the Minister of Lands has, by resolution, declared the under-mentioned lease to be forfeited, and that the land has thereby reverted to the Crown.

Authorised Insurers Under Part III of the Workers’ Compensation Act 1956
PURSUANT to section 101 of the Workers’ Compensation Act 1956, I hereby notify that, in addition to the State Fire Insurance General Manager, constituted under the State Fire Insurance Act 1908, and the insurance companies named in the notices dated the 21st day of October 1955, the 28th day of October 1957, and the 15th day of October 1958, and published respectively in the Gazette of the 27th day of October 1955, No. 65, at page 1688, the 31st day of October 1957, No. 84, at page 2093, and the 23rd day of October 1958, No. 64, at page 1426, the following insurance companies, within the meaning of the said Act, are authorised insurers under Part III of the Workers’ Compensation Act 1956.
