NOTICE is hereby given that the Rangiora County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, the realignment of a public road, and for the purposes of such public work to take the pieces of land described in the Schedule hereto for road; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the said pieces of land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the County Clerk to the said Council situated at corner Kippenberger Avenue and East Belt, Rangiora, and is there open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said road work or by the taking of the said pieces of land who have any well grounded objections to the execution of the said road work or to the taking of the said pieces of land must set forth their objections in writing and send same within 40 days from the date of the first publication of this notice to the County Clerk at the Council Chambers, Rangiora County Council, Rangiora.
