BOUNDARIES OF BRUNSWICK-WESTMERE RIDING

All that area in the Waitotara County bounded by a line commencing at the western corner of Section 15, Right Bank Wanganui River, being a point on the boundary of the Waitotara County hereinbefore described; thence north-westerly and south-westerly along the north-eastern boundary of Lot 34, D.P. 2675, to and along Montgomery Road and the Heads-Mosstown Main Highway to the northern boundary of Section 227, Right Bank Wanganui River; thence easterly along that boundary to the south-western corner of Lot 7, D.P. 2006, being a point on the boundary of the Waitotara County hereinbefore described; thence north-easterly generally along that boundary, being also the boundary of the City of Wanganui hereinbefore described, to the point of commencement.

PURSUANT to section 26 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 16 of the Counties Act 1956, the Secretary for Internal Affairs hereby defines, as set out in the Schedule hereto, the boundaries of the City of Hamilton, the Town District of Mercer, the County of Franklin and the Mercer Riding of the County of Franklin, the County of Raglan and the Pukekawa and Pukemiro Ridings of the County of Raglan, and the County of Waikato and the Huntly and Ruakura Ridings of the County of Waikato, the previous boundaries having been altered by Orders in Council as follows.

ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, situated in Blocks I and II, Hamilton Survey District, and Blocks XIII and XIV, Komakorau Survey District, containing 6,576 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at a point in the said Block XIII in the middle of the Waikato River in line with the northern boundary of Lot 27, D.P. S. 351, and proceeding easterly generally along a right line to and along that northern boundary and along another right line across River Road to and along the northern boundaries of Lots 1, 2, and 3, the northern and north-eastern boundaries of Lot 5, and the north-eastern boundaries of Lots 6, 7, 8, and 9, all the aforesaid lots being on D.P.
