EVIDENCE of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Volume 102, folio 256, Southland Registry, in the names of Richard Thomas Hall, formerly of Awarua Plains, now of Invercargill, grocer, and Colin Hall (deceased), late of Awarua Plains, grocer, for 12 acres and 4 perches, being Section 17, Block V, Township of Woodend, and application No. 161377 having been made to me to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
