A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for post and telegraph purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of January 1959.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 1 acre and 24·7 perches, situated in Block VI, Rangiora Survey District (Borough of Rangiora), Canterbury R.D., being Reserve 4972; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157857 (S.O. 9385) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
