APPLICATION FOR A LICENCE FOR A WATER RACE

I, Alexander Mann, of Kokonga, farmer, hereby give notice that I have applied for a licence for a water race to divert one head of water for irrigation and stock purposes from a point in Swinburn Creek in my property, being Section 13, Block VII, Swinburn District, running thence in a southerly direction through said Section 13 and terminating in my property being Section 3, Block VII, Swinburn District.

The application and all objections thereto will be heard on Wednesday, 20 May 1959, at 10 a.m., at the Warden’s Court at Cromwell, and all objections must be filed in the Registrar’s office and notified to the applicant or his solicitors at least three days before the time appointed.
