Partly Revoking an Order in Council Declaring Land to be a Motorway in Blocks II, V, VII, and XII, Belmont Survey District

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 24th day of March 1959
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 44 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the Order in Council dated the 22nd day of December 1954, published in Gazette, 22 December 1954, Volume III, page 2070, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 2391, declaring land to be a motorway, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, the land being no longer required for that purpose.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 1 rood 19·45 perches, situated in the Borough of Tawa Flat, Wellington R.D., being part Lot 1, D.P. 7001, being part Section 56, Porirua District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158279 (S.O. 24249) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Pursuant to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Taranaki County Council stopping the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL those pieces of road situated in the Paritutu Survey District, Taranaki R.D., described as follows:

Directing the Sale of Land in Block V, Belmont Survey District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby directs the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto, that land being no longer required for the purpose for which it was acquired.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 4·63 perches, situated in Block V, Belmont Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Section 50, Porirua District, being part of the land in Proclamation No. 5197, Wellington Land Registry; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157588 (S.O. 23946) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

The Oamaru Cemetery Order 1959

COBHAM, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 24th day of March 1959
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Cemeteries Act 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Oamaru Cemetery Order 1959.
    (2) This Order shall come into force on the 1st day of April 1959.
  2. The Oamaru Borough Council is hereby appointed to be trustee of the Oamaru Cemetery, being the area described in the Schedule hereto, and shall have control and management of that cemetery under and for the purposes of the Cemeteries Act 1908.
  3. (1) The delegation to the Oamaru Borough Council of the powers of appointing and removing trustees of the said cemetery made by Order in Council dated the 18th day of September 1933* is hereby revoked.
    (2) The said Order in Council is hereby accordingly amended:
    (a) By omitting from the first column of the Schedule thereto the words "Oamaru Borough Council":
    (b) By omitting from the second column of the Schedule thereto the word "Oamaru".

SCHEDULE

OAMARU CEMETERY
All those pieces of land in the Otago Land District containing together an area of 24 acres 2 roods 6 perches, more or less, and described as follows:

12 2 11 Section 23, Block LXXVI, Town of Oamaru, S.O. Plan 664 TN.
11 3 25 Lots 18 and 19, D.P. 1617, being part Sections 48 and 49, Block IV, Oamaru Survey District.
All certificates of title, Volume 140, folio 126, and Volume 135, folio 185.
As the same are more particularly shown on the plan marked H. 191/2/15, deposited in the office of the Department of Health at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

South-east Waikato Supply Association Approval Order 1959 (Notice No. Ag. 6700)

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 18th day of March 1959
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Milk Act 1944, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER
1.(1) This order may be cited as the South-east Waikato Supply Association Approval Order 1959.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
2. The company known as the Tokoroa Cooperative Milk Producers' Co. Ltd. is hereby approved as the supply association for the area described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH-EAST WAIKATO MILK AREA
All that area in the South Auckland Land District, Counties of Matamata and Taupo and the Borough of Putaruru, bounded by a line commencing at the westernmost corner of Section 12s, Clifford Settlement, in Block II, Patetere North Survey District, on the northern side of the Hamilton-Rotorua State Highway and proceeding easterly generally along the western boundary of that section, the western and northern boundaries of Section 14s, and that northern boundary produced across the Waitoa-Tirau Main Highway to and along the western and southern boundaries of part Allotment
