Portion of a Public Reserve in Block I, Rimutaka Survey District, and Land Held for a Camping Ground in the Borough of Upper Hutt, Set Apart for Buildings of the General Government

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, and the land now held for a camping ground described in the Second Schedule hereto, are hereby set apart for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day of March 1959.
FIRST SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 26 acres 1 rood 12·2 perches, situated in Block I, Rimutaka Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Section 100, Hutt District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158431 (S.O. 24180) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington and thereon coloured blue.
SECOND SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 10 acres and 31·8 perches, situated in the Borough of Upper Hutt, Wellington R.D., being part Section 96, Hutt District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 158431 (S.O. 24180) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of March 1959.

Land Taken for Maori Housing Purposes in the Borough of Te Aroha

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day of March 1959.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 2·7 perches, situated in Block IX, Aroha Survey District, Borough of Te Aroha, being Lot 8, D.P. S. 1444, being part Te Ruakaka Block. Part certificate of title, Volume 1021, folio 285, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of March 1959.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the residence site licence in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Agnes Ethel Barton, is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day of March 1959.
