PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints

William Carrol Harley, Esquire,

of New Plymouth, to be a Stipendiary Magistrate to exercise civil and criminal jurisdiction within New Zealand; to hold and exercise the duties of such office for the period from the 9th day of March 1959 to the 3rd day of April 1959, both days inclusive.
