A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 0·4 perches, situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Onehunga, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 3, D.P. 38560. Part certificate of title, Volume 1540, folio 98, Auckland Land Registry.
