LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES
APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of a new certificate of title in the name of Harry Norton, of Kaikoura, fisherman, for Lot 6A, Deposited Plan No. 13, being part of Section 136, District of Kaikoura, Suburban and Section 13, Block X, Mount Fyffe Survey District, containing 1 acre and 27·1 perches, more or less, being the whole of the land in certificates of title, Volume 2c, folio 218, and Volume 23, folio 159 (Marlborough Registry), and evidence having been lodged of the loss or destruction of the said certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I will issue the new certificate of title as requested after 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
