NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to regulation 85 (2) of the Companies (Winding-up) Rules 1956, that the liquidator has fixed the 20th day of March 1959 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved, or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

NOTICE is hereby given that, on the 2nd day of March 1959, it was resolved by the shareholders of the Bradley Electrical Co. Ltd.:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that a meeting of the creditors will be held, pursuant to section 284 of the Companies Act 1955, at the offices of Messrs Lithgow and Keall, Public Accountants, Second Floor, Southern Cross Building, 22 Brandon Street, Wellington, on Thursday, the 12th day of March 1959, at 2.30 o’clock in the afternoon, at which meeting a full statement of the position of the company’s affairs, together with a list of the creditors and the estimated amount of their claims, will be laid before the meeting and at which meeting the creditors, in pursuance of section 285 of the said Act, may nominate a person to be the liquidator of the company, and in pursuance of section 286 of the Act may appoint a committee of inspection.”

MORGAN’S DELICATESSEN LTD.

VOLUNTARY WINDING UP

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Morgan’s Delicatessen Ltd.

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above company, duly convened and held at the registered office of the company, 155 Trafalgar Street, Nelson, on Monday, the 23rd day of February 1959, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”

At the said meeting, Heaton Robertson Drake, public accountant, of Nelson, was appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.

PURSUANT to section 269 of the Companies Act 1955, notice is hereby given that by duly signed entry in the minute book of Espresso Coffee Bars Ltd. (in voluntary liquidation), on the 21st day of February 1959, the following special resolution was passed by the company, namely:

“(1) That the company be wound up voluntarily.

“(2) That Mr Joseph Bower Black, of Wellington, public accountant, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.

“(3) That the remuneration of the liquidator shall be fixed in accordance with the scale of fees of the New Zealand Society of Accountants.”
