Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve, Change of Purpose, and Vesting in the Havelock North Borough Council

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Boys’ Brigade (N.Z.) Council Incorporated to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, changes the purpose of the reserve from a reserve for a site for a Boys’ Brigade hall to a reserve for sewage and landing purposes and further, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Havelock North, in trust, for that purpose.
