PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto by way of loan of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

THE RIGHT HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 34 of the Statutes Amendment Act 1940, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council:

Hereby revokes the Orders in Council dated 11 September 1957 and 11 November 1957 and published in Gazette of 1957, at pages 1675 and 2185; and
-
Hereby further orders and declares that from and after the date hereof no mining privileges in respect of the lands described in the Schedule hereto or of any part thereof shall be granted without the previous written consent of the Minister of Mines nor shall any mining privilege in respect of the said lands or any part thereof, whether granted before or after the date hereof be sold, leased, mortgaged, pledged, or otherwise disposed of or dealt with whether by the holder thereof or by the Official Assignee of any bankrupt holder or by the liquidator of any company or by a Sheriff under any execution or by any executor or administrator of a deceased holder without the previous written consent of the Minister of Mines.

PURSUANT to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the access way described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Foxton and be under the control and management of the Foxton Borough Council.
