IN the Proclamation dated 7 December 1957 and published in Gazette, No. 91, of 12 December 1957, page 2284, taking land for irrigation purposes (raceman’s cottage) in Block VI, Rangitata Survey District, for the area of “6 acres 2 roods 25·3 perches”, read “6 acres 2 roods 25·8 perches”.

Crown Land Set Apart for a Maori School in Block I, Waipiro Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart for a Maori school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of February 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of Crown land in the Gisborne Land District containing 3 acres 1 rood 20 perches, situated in Block I, Waipiro Survey District, Gisborne R.D., and being Section 5; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155312 (S.O. 664A) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of January 1958.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of February 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that public reserve in the Wellington Land District containing 9 acres 1 rood 31·3 perches, situated in Block I, Waiopehu Survey District, Wellington R.D., being Section 80, Levin Village Settlement; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 141804 (S.O. 22802) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of January 1958.
