EVIDENCE of the loss of memoranda of lease Nos. 7288 and 7328 of 2,985 acres, more or less, being Lot 1, Deposited Plan 9697, and 1,600 acres more or less, being Lot 2, Deposited Plan 9697 (respectively), being part Rotoima No. 1 Block, and being part of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 458, folio 239, situated in the Auckland Land District, wherein the Proprietors of the Rotoima No. 1 Block are the lessors and the Rotoiti Timber Co. Ltd. the lessee, having been lodged with me together with an application to register a partial surrender without production of lease 7288 and complete surrender without production of lease 7328, in terms of section 44, Land Transfer Act 1952. Notice is hereby given of my intention to register such surrenders on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice. (S. 152305.)

Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Lower Hutt, for 1 rood, being Lots 1 and 2, Plan 19679, being part Section 52, Hutt District, and application (K. 43829) having been made to me to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
