Land Taken for Road in Block VII, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of December 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land in the South Auckland Land District, situated in Block VII, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 1 10·6 Part Omataroa 7A C 3B Block; coloured sepia on plan.
0 0 19·8 Part Lot 1, D.P. 34194, being part Omataroa 7B Block; coloured blue on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157827 (S.O. 39514) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of December 1958.

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of December 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land in the North Auckland Land District, situated in Block XII, Waitemata Survey District, Borough of Takapuna, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 0 6 Part Lot 6, D.P. 38460, being part Allotment 70, Parish of Takapuna.
0 0 1·3 Part Lot 5, D.P. 38460, being part Allotment 70, Parish of Takapuna.
0 0 1·2 Part Lot 4, D.P. 38460, being part Allotment 70, Parish of Takapuna.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157778 (S.O. 41049) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Taranaki Land District containing 3·76 perches, situated in the City of New Plymouth, Taranaki R.D., being part Lot 12, Deeds’ Plan 43, being part Section A, New Plymouth Town Belt; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157802 (S.O. 8929) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
