In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Embassy Furniture Ltd.

NOTICE is hereby given that by an entry in the minute book of the above-named company, signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, the above-named company on the 26th day of November 1958 passed the following special resolution, namely:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily.”

And notice is hereby further given that by a duly signed entry in the minute book of the company, the following ordinary resolution was also passed by the company on the said 26th day of November 1958, namely:

“That Mr Edwin James Barnes, of Messrs Barnes and Drummond, Accountants, S.I.D.A. Building, Don Street, Invercargill, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator, pursuant to section 276 of the Companies Act 1955, for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing the assets.”
