Vesting a Reserve in the Waitemata County Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby vests the reserve described in the Schedule hereto in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitemata, in trust, for recreation purposes.

Change of the Purpose of Part of a Reserve and Vesting in the South Canterbury Hospital Board

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for public recreation and enjoyment to a reserve for a hospital site, and further, vests the said reserve in the South Canterbury Hospital Board, in trust, for hospital site purposes.

Licensing John Frederick Salthouse and Robert Edward Wild to Use and Occupy a part of the Foreshore at Greenhithe, Auckland Harbour, as a site for a Boatbuilding Shed, Slipway and Boat Hauling-out Area

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby authorises and permits John Frederick Salthouse and Robert Edward Wild (hereinafter called the licensees, which term shall include their executors, administrators, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at Greenhithe, Auckland Harbour, as shown on plans marked M.D. 10266 and M.D. 10476 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining a boatbuilding shed, slipway, and boat hauling-out area thereon as shown on the said plans, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensees upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto, and hereby revokes the licence dated the 2nd day of September 1957 and published in the Gazette of the 3rd day of October 1957, Vol. III, page 1747, to John Frederick Salthouse and Robert Edward Wild.

SCHEDULE

1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1940, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
2. The premium payable by the licensees shall be five pounds (£5) and the annual sum so payable ten pounds (£10).
3. The term of this licence shall be 14 years from the first day of December 1958.
