Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Hamilton City Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Hamilton, in trust, for that purpose.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

Vesting a Reserve in the Wellington City Council

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for a site for a township over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece or parcel of land containing 100 acres, more or less, being Section 30, Takitimo District, bounded on the north by Crown lands, 68 chains, more or less; on the west by Grassy Stream; on the south by Wairaki River; and on the west by the Waiau River.
