PURSUANT to section 15 of the Royal New Zealand Air Force Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to approve the following appointments, extensions of commissions, transfers, resignations, and retirements of officers of the Royal New Zealand Air Force.

Appointment of the South Canterbury Tree-Planting Association (Incorporated) to Control and Manage Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the

South Canterbury Tree-Planting Association (Incorporated)

to control and manage the reserves described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as scenic reserves, for a term of five years from the date hereof.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT—WAITOHI SCENIC RESERVE
RESERVE 4708, situated in Blocks XV and XVI, Opihi Survey District: Area, 84 acres, more or less. (S.O. Plan 1437L.)
Also Reserve 4841, situated in Block XVI, Opihi Survey District: Area, 1 acre 3 roods 33·4 perches, more or less. (S.O. Plan 9003.)
