Warrant Proclaiming Road Under Section 607 of the Cook Islands Act 1915


PURSUANT to section 607 of the Cook Islands Act 1915, the Minister of Island Territories hereby proclaims as road the lands described in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE

(1) All that parcel of land situated in the District of Avarua in the Island of Rarotonga, Cook Islands, containing 18·3 perches, more or less, being part Nukutaaratea Section 187 D 2, Vaikai Tapere, as delineated and coloured yellow on the plan signed by the Resident Commissioner of Rarotonga and deposited in the office of the Registrar of the High Court of the Cook Islands at Rarotonga under No. 68.

(2) All that parcel of land situated in the District of Avarua in the Island of Rarotonga, Cook Islands, containing 18·6 perches, more or less, being part of Vaikai Section 187 H 1, Vaikai Tapere, as delineated and coloured blue on the plan signed by the Resident Commissioner of Rarotonga and deposited in the office of the Registrar of the High Court of the Cook Islands at Rarotonga under No. 68.

Given under the hand of the Minister of Island Territories, and the Seal of the Cook Islands, this 17th day of November 1958.
