Buller Hospital Board Notice 1958

Pursuant to section 84 of the Hospitals Act 1957, the Minister of Health, acting on the recommendation of the Hospitals Advisory Council, made pursuant to a resolution agreed to at a meeting of the Council by at least two-thirds of the members of the Council, hereby gives the following notice:

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Buller Hospital Board Notice 1958.
2. This notice shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette.
3. The following persons are hereby appointed to be a Commission (to be known as the Buller Hospital Commission) to act in place of the Buller Hospital Board, namely:
   John Watson, of Westport, retired, who shall be the chairman of the Commission;
   Robert Philp, of Seddonville, mine deputy; and Margaret Constance Robertson, of Westport, widow.
4. The Commission shall have and may exercise to the exclusion of the said Board all the powers and functions of that Board.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Cambridge Borough Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve
