Stipendiary Magistrate Appointed to Exercise Jurisdiction in a Children’s Court

Returning Officer for First Election of Members of North Clutha Rabbit Board Appointed (Notice No. Ag. 6636)

Declaration That Part of the Kawakawa Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over the Said Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the part of the Kawakawa Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act, and further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.

Declaration That Land is a Public Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Waiuku Borough Council on the 10th day of February 1958:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Waiuku Borough Council hereby resolves that the piece of land vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the said borough, held by the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the said borough in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby declared to be a public reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act.”
