Trade Marks—Goods, the Importation of Which is Prohibited
Pursuant to the Merchandise Marks Act 1954, goods of the nature set forth hereunder to which the trade mark described below or any mark so nearly resembling the same as to be calculated to deceive has been falsely applied in infringement of the registered trade mark of Thermos Ltd., Seymour Road, Leyton, London, E.10, are prohibited from importation.
If any such goods are imported they will be liable to detention and to be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the Act:
A trade mark is deemed, for the purposes of the aforesaid Act, to be falsely applied to goods if it is applied without the assent of the proprietor of such trade mark.
Nature of Goods
Glassware, ice containers, insulated containers and bottles, all included in Class 21; domestic utensils and containers (not of precious metal, or coated therewith); luncheon baskets, tea baskets, picnic baskets and picnic cases, all being fitted; parts and fittings for all these goods included in Class 21; utensils included in Class 21 for dispensing liquids; glass stoppers; tea infusers (non-electric); and tea urns and coffee urns, none being of precious metal or coated therewith and none incorporating heating media.
Description of Trade Mark
No. 60785, dated 23 October 1957, comprising the word “Thermos”, Class 21.

EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Volume 670, folio 197, for 1 rood, more or less, being Lot 4, Deposited Plan 9797, being part Allotment 140, Parish of Puniu, in the name of Mary Ann Georgina Long, of Auckland, spinster, having been lodged with me together with an application for the issue of a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice (S. 150648.)

EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of mortgage No. 109143, whereof Allan Cain, of Christchurch, lorry driver, is mortgagee, affecting 1 acre and 14 perches, being Section 15, Block III, Town of Naseby, and being all of the land in certificate of title, Volume 221, folio 210, Otago Registry, and application having been made to me to note a discharge of the said mortgage without production of the said mortgage, I hereby give notice of my intention to dispense with the production of the said mortgage under section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and to note the said discharge on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
