Crown Land Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in the Borough of Kawerau

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of November 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of Crown land in the South Auckland Land District, situated in Block XIII, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District, Borough of Kawerau, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
6 0 36 Part Allotment 39, Parish of Matata; coloured yellow on plan.
1 0 4·3 Part Allotment 39, Parish of Matata; coloured yellow, edged yellow, on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157460 (S.O. 39422) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of October 1958.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for public buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of November 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 1 rood 2·4 perches, situated in the Borough of Feilding, Wellington R.D., being part Lot 780, D.P. 19 (formerly railway land), being part Subdivision A, Manchester Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D 157450 (S.O. 24131) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of November 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that portion of public reserve in the Marlborough Land District containing 21·9 perches, situated in Block XII, Onamalutu Survey District, Marlborough R.D., being part Section 67, Kaituna Valley R.D.; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157391 (S.O. 4366) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of October 1958.
