PURSUANT to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that on and from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.


SCHEDULE

ALL those parcels of land containing a total area of 41 acres 3 roods 14·18 perches, more or less, situate in Blocks V and X, Hunua Survey District, and Blocks I and II, Waimanu Survey District, being those portions of the Taurewa 4 West D Block more particularly described as Lots 4 to 10 inclusive, 12 to 20 inclusive, 27 to 46 inclusive, and 48 to 68 inclusive on Deposited Plan No. 4418 of the Hikairo Township, and being part of the land in certificate of title, Volume 243, folio 173, Wellington Registry, subject to K. 47 lien under the Rating Amendment Act 1913.
