Crown Land Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in the
City of Wanganui
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928; I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of January 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of Crown land in the Wellington Land District containing 8Β·22 perches, situated in Block V, Westmere Survey District, City of Wanganui, Wellington R.D., and being Lot 1, D.P. 19146, being part Suburban Section 14, Town of Wanganui; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 155179 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of January 1958.

of Taupo

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of January 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of Crown land in the South Auckland Land District, Auckland R.D., containing 5 acres, being part Section 30, Block II, Tauhara Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 154435 (S.O. 38578) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of January 1958.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a post office; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of January 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Southland Land District containing 11Β·6 perches, situated in Block VI, Town of North Invercargill (City of Invercargill), Southland R.D., being Section 26. (S.O. 6326.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of January 1958.
