Retirement of Officers of the Royal New Zealand Air Force

PURSUANT to section 15 of the Royal New Zealand Air Force
Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General has been
pleased to approve the following appointments, promotions,
extensions of commissions, transfers, terminations of com-
missions, resignation, and retirement of officers of the Royal
New Zealand Air Force.

AIR TRAINING CORPS

Appointment

Robert Alistair Walsh, B.SC., is granted a commission in the
Air Training Corps in the rank of Pilot Officer, with effect
from 22 July 1958.

Promotion

Pilot Officer Alastair David Murray to be Flying Officer,
with effect from 1 May 1958.

RESERVE OF AIR FORCE OFFICERS

Appointment

Leonard Dudley Cowper (75032) is granted a commission
in the General Duties Branch, Reserve of Air Force Officers,
in the rank of Flight Lieutenant with seniority from 1 April
1958, with effect from 26 August 1958.

Promotion

Flying Officer Desmond Daniel McCambridge (72515) to be
temporary Flight Lieutenant, with effect from 21 June 1958.

Extensions of Commissions

Flight Lieutenant Archibald Bruce Mackenzie, M.B., CH.B.
(N.Z.) F.R.C.S. (ENG.) (134056), is granted an extension of
his present commission for a period of four years, with effect
from 8 September 1958.
