Additional Land Taken for Hospital Purposes in the City of Christchurch
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for hospital purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of October 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 32·7 perches, situated in the City of Christchurch, being part Town Reserve 79; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157221 (S.O. 9392) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of September 1958.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of October 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land in the Canterbury Land District, situated in Block XIII, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
4 0 29·9 Part Lot 1, D.P. 13961, being part Rural Sections 2564, 6680, 6681, 6703, and 6704, and part Reserve 1599; coloured orange on plan.
0 0 2·1 Part Reserve 1599; coloured sepia on plan.
0 0 20·2 Part Lot 2, D.P. 1926, being part Rural Sections 6680, 6681, 6703, and 6704; coloured blue on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157218 (S.O. 9333) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the stormwater drainage rights created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 181656, Auckland Land Registry, for a teacher's residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of October 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 23·3 perches, situated in Block V, Waiheke Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Lots 201 and 202, D.P. 16354. All certificates of title, Volume 414, folio 284, and Volume 414, folio 285, Auckland Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a rubbish tip site and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Whangarei as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of October 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 8 acres and 22 perches, situated in Block IX, Whangarei Survey District, Borough of Whangarei, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot L of Section 3; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157214 (S.O. 40685) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
