NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act 1949 as permanent State forest land.

LOT 1, D.P. 45058, being Sections 1 and 2 and part Section 3 and part Kopuatoetoe Block, situated in Block II, Whangarei Survey District: Area, 2,726 acres, more or less.
