Land Taken for Road and for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road in Block IV, Ellesmere Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of September 1958.

FIRST SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land in the Canterbury Land District, situated in Block IV, Ellesmere Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 1 23·4 Part Rural Section 23460; coloured blue on plan.
0 2 36·1 Part Reserve 1102; coloured orange on plan.

SECOND SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land in the Canterbury Land District, situated in Block IV, Ellesmere Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 0 26·7 Part Rural Section 23460; coloured blue, edged blue, on plan.
0 3 13·4 Part Reserve 1102; edged orange on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157118 (S.O. 9016) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of September 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Canterbury Land District containing 2 acres 2 roods 14·2 perches, situated in Block IX, Waikari Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and being part Rural Section 27208; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157121 (S.O. 9353) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of September 1958.

SCHEDULE

ALL that piece of land in the Wellington Land District containing 1 acre and 6·6 perches, situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being described as Antico Street and Caprera Street on D.P. 358, being part Section 5, Evans Bay District. Balance certificate of title, Volume 184, folio 164, Wellington Land Registry.

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District, situated in the Borough of Taumarunui, Auckland R.D., containing 1 rood 36·6 perches, being Lot 19, D.P. S. 5271, being part of Allotments 5, 6, 7, and 8, Block XXVI, Taumarunui Maori Township. Part certificates of title, Volume 674, folio 59, and Volume 1436, folio 33, Auckland Land Registry.
