Land Taken for Better Utilisation in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of September 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the North Auckland Land District containing 6·7 perches, situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 37 of Section 28, Town of Auckland. All certificate of title, Volume 750, folio 8 (limited as to parcels), Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of September 1958.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of September 1958.

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District, situated in Block VIII, Puniu Survey District, Auckland R.D., containing 11 perches, being part Lot 1, D.P. 32818, being part Puahue IL Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157051 (S.O. 39266) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for gravel pit purposes, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Southland as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of September 1958.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land in the Southland Land District containing 3 acres, situated in Block IV, Waikawa Survey District, Southland R.D., being part Section 19; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157004 (S.O. 6484) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
