A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of September 1958.

ALL those pieces of land in the North Auckland Land District, situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of September 1958.

ALL that piece of land in the South Auckland Land District containing 3 acres 1 rood 31·4 perches, situated in Block XIV, Komakorau Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Lot 17, D.P. 8480, being part Allotment 188, Kirikiri oa Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 157108 (S.O. 39290) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject, except as to Lots 37, 42, and 43, D.P. S. 5188, referred to in the Schedule hereto, to a building-line condition imposed by Special Order S. 143118, Auckland Land Registry, for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of September 1958.
