PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the notice dated the 4th day of July 1958, and published in Gazette, 10 July 1958, No. 43, page 913, declaring land taken for a Government work and not required for that purpose to be Crown land, in so far as it affects the land secondly described in the Schedule thereto, and hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 14th day of July 1958.
