IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION

Notice to Creditors to Prove

THE liquidator of the Kahui Cooperative Dairy Co. Ltd. (in voluntary liquidation), hereby fixes the 12th day of September 1958 as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955 or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.

The registered office of the company is at the offices of Messrs Brennan and Oliver, Tasman Street, Opunake, to which all such claims and notices are to be addressed.

WEST AND EVERS LTD.

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of West and Evers Ltd.

NOTICE is hereby given that an order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated the 6th day of August 1958, confirming a special resolution for the reduction of the capital of the above-named company from £3,400, comprised of 2,310 preference shares of £1 each and 1,090 ordinary shares of £1 each, to £1,090 by the cancellation of the said preference shares, and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital as altered, the several particulars required by the above statute were registered with the Registrar of Companies at Christchurch on the 18th day of August 1958; and notice is hereby further given that the said minute is in the words and figures following:

“The capital of West and Evers Ltd. henceforth is £1,090, divided into 1,090 shares of £1 each. At the time of registration of this minute each of the 1,090 shares has been issued and is fully paid.”

TAKING OF LAND FOR ROAD AND CLOSING OF ROAD UNDER THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT 1928

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the First Schedule hereto for road purposes, and to close the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the office of the Waikohu County Council, at Te Karaka, and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land or the closing of the said road should, if they have any well grounded objections to the taking of such land or the closing of such road, set forth the same in writing and send such written objection within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice to the Waikohu County Council at Te Karaka.

HAWKE’S BAY CATCHMENT BOARD

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO EXECUTE WORK AND TAKE LAND

NOTICE is hereby given that the Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board proposes, under the provisions of the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, to execute a certain public work, namely, to control the flow of water in the Upper Tuki Tuki River adjacent to Waipukurau; and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken; and notice is also given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the office of the Waipukurau County Council, Northumberland Street, Waipukurau, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such lands who have any well grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands must state their objections in writing and send the same within 40 days from the first publication of this notice to the secretary to the Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board at the Board’s offices at Napier.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Takapuna Borough Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a public work, namely, the widening of Esmonde Road; and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the Takapuna Borough Council, situate in Lake Road, Takapuna, and is there open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands must state their objections in writing, and send the same within 40 days of the first publication of this notice to the Town Clerk at the Council Chambers, Lake Road, Takapuna.
