Consent to Erection of Flashing Red Traffic-control Lights by the Whangarei Borough Council

Pursuant to subclause (5) of regulation 18 of the Traffic Regulations 1956,* the Minister of Transport hereby consents to the erection of flashing red lights by the Whangarei Borough Council at the two places described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of traffic control in terms of subclause (4) of the said regulation 18.

Pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that on the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette the land described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the said land being so subject by virtue of a notice dated 7 May 1940 and published in the Gazette, 9 May 1940, Volume II, page 1036.

Sale of Unclaimed Property
