Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 3 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the land described in the First Schedule hereto and the portions of public highway described in the Second Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be a motorway.
