Declaration That the Inglewood Domain Shall be a
Recreation Reserve and Vesting in the Inglewood Borough
Council

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby declares that the Inglewood Domain de-
scribed in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to
the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act
1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject
to Part II of the said Act, and further, pursuant to the said
Act, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and
Citizens of the Borough of Inglewood, in trust, for recreation
purposes.

to a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, declares the
said reserve to be a public domain, subject to the provisions
of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the Ngunguru
Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain
Board.

of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Coun-
cillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Wairoa and changes
the purpose of that part of the reserve described in the
Schedule hereto from a reserve for plantation purposes to a
reserve for a site for a youth holiday and recreation camp.
