Appointment of Members of Conical Hills Public Hall Board

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby appoints
John Alexander Bryson and
Leslie Rowland Gardyne
to be members of the Conical Hills Public Hall Board, Otago
Land District, in place of Cyril Roland Clement and Percy
Crawford, resigned, and further, increases the total number
of members of the said Public Hall Board from seven to nine,
and appoints
Raymond Alister Shaw and
Robert Thomas Young
as the additional members of the Board.

Appointment of the Young Men's Christian Association of the

City of Hastings, Incorporated, to Control and Manage a
Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby appoints the
Young Men's Christian Association of the City of Hastings,
Incorporated,
to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule
hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a site for
a youth holiday and recreation camp.

Appointment of the Navy League Canterbury (N.Z.) Incorporated

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby appoints the
Navy League Canterbury (N.Z.) Incorporated
to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule
hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as an historic
reserve and subject also to the provisions contained in Deed
of Agreement dated the 11th day of July 1958, a copy of
which is deposited in the Head Office of the Department of
