Authorising the Tararua Electric Power Board to Erect and Use Electric Lines Within Parts of the Woodville and Masterton Counties

Present:
THE RIGHT HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Tararua Electric Power Board (hereinafter referred to as the licensee), subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, to lay, construct, put up, place, and use electric lines within the area of supply described in the Schedule hereto; and further, for the purpose of section 76 of the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, subject to the said conditions, hereby authorises the licensee to construct electric works within the said area of supply.
CONDITIONS
IMPLIED CONDITIONS
- The conditions directed to be implied in all licences by the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935 and the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1935 shall be incorporated in and shall form part of this licence, except in so far as the same may be inconsistent with the provisions hereof.
LICENCE SUBJECT TO REGULATIONS
2. The licence hereby conferred is subject to compliance by the licensee with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1935, the Radio Interference Regulations 1934, and with all regulations hereafter made in amendment thereof or in substitution therefor respectively.
SYSTEMS OF SUPPLY
3. The systems of supply shall be as described in paragraphs (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), and (f) of Regulation 21-01 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935.
DURATION OF LICENCE
4. This licence shall, unless sooner lawfully determined, continue in force until the 23rd day of April 1965.
SCHEDULE
AREA OF SUPPLY
ALL those portions of the Woodville and Masterton Counties included in the Tararua Electric Power District by the Proclamation dated the 13th day of May 1958 and published in the Gazette on the 22nd day of the same month, at page 651, altering the boundaries of the Dannevirke, Tararua, and Wairarapa Electric Power Districts.

Authorising the Laying Off of a Street off Naylor Street in the City of Hamilton Subject to a Condition as to the Building Line

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Hamilton City Council to lay off the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft but not less than 40 ft, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on a subdivision of the land shown edged green on the plan marked P.W.D 156653 referred to in the Schedule hereto fronting the proposed street within a distance of 15 ft from the sidelines of the said street.
SCHEDULE
THAT proposed street in the South Auckland Land District containing 1 rood 18 perches, being part Allotments 307, 308, and 310, Town of Hamilton East, being part certificates of title, Volume 436, folio 278, and Volume 927, folio 290, Auckland Land Registry. As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156653 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the New Plymouth City Council to permit the laying off of the proposed streets described in the Schedule hereto at a width for parts of their length of less than 66 ft, but not less than 40 ft, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lots 2 to 7 (inclusive), 23 to 31 (inclusive), 38, 39, 41 to 56 (inclusive), 61 to 64 (inclusive), 66, 68, 70, 72, 74, 76, and 78 to 87 (inclusive), of a subdivision of the land shown edged green on the plan marked P.W.D. 156612 referred to in the said Schedule, within a distance of 35 ft from the centre line of the said streets.
SCHEDULE
THOSE proposed streets in the Taranaki Land District, City of New Plymouth, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 28 perches, more or less, being parts Lots 2 and 4, D.P. 7875, and part Lot 5, D.P. 8216, being part Section 46, Fitzroy District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 156612 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

PURSUANT to section 186 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 125 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Paeroa Borough Council to permit the laying off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft but not less than 40 ft, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land edged green on the plan marked P.W.D. 156655 referred to in the said Schedule within a distance of 35 ft from the centre line of the said proposed street.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 37 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order:
(a) The land described in the Schedule hereto, being land held primarily for irrigation purposes, is hereby authorised to be applied also for recreation purposes which shall be secondary uses of the land;
(b) Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953 shall apply to the said land;
(c) The control and management of the said land is hereby vested in the Oturehua Domain Board.
